Support Engineer · Linux & production systems
I'm a Support Engineer in Monterrey, Mexico, focused on Linux applications and production systems. I've spent the last 6+ years troubleshooting everything from web hosting and subscription platforms to banking systems. I like getting past the symptoms, finding the actual cause, and figuring out how to keep the same problem from coming back. Outside of work, I build my own projects.

What I do
-
Applications & users
Troubleshooting web applications, working through tickets and live chats, and keeping people updated during an incident.
-
Linux & the command line
Diagnosing servers and services, parsing logs to find the line that matters, and scripting fixes and routine maintenance.
-
Monitoring & metrics
Watching dashboards and alerts, spotting trends before they turn into incidents, and querying the data behind them.
-
Cloud & deployments
Deploying and maintaining applications on Kubernetes and Docker, and keeping the services around them healthy.
